Crawling to Christmas Break!

We are so ready to be out of school!

Michael: Went to the temple with Jay for his first baptisms trip, and went to his Reading Rainbros book exchange. Both of us brought Good Inside to our book club book exchanges this year.

Maddie: Went to my young women's basketball game and now we're done with activities for a little while. I also loved going out to dinner with the Dimonds and the Errors this weekend. I'll be dreaming about that bread pudding!

Westin: is finally feeling better and was back at school this week. He also made up his MAPs testing already and was happy to be back for all the Christmas fun this week instead of laying sick on the couch. Except I don't think he hated laying sick on the couch.

Bennett: was so excited to watch his Pippi Longstocing movie after finishing the book at school, and he loved pajama day. He loves life.

Camden: was out of school a couple days before his big brothers and it was fun to have that time with him home. Watching the Grinch (the newer animated one, I love it so much) with him in our unicorn blanket was my favorite two hours of my week. 

Asher: is so into coloring and Christmas and is just the cutest, sweetest soul. Christmas with a three year old is pure magic.

And everyone loved going to Denver on Saturday and decorating cookies with cousins. So many cookies were eaten :) And I love watching those seven boys just play and play together. There are no babies anymore, they all just play! I love it and it breaks my heart :) I'm used to having newborns around with my Christmas tree!

Asher loves coloring lately, and he loves to have us write his name on his pictures.
"That says 'Hasher'!"

Sheets and sheets of toffee happening over here.

It's a beautiful thing.

I picked up some poinsettias at CSU and those next to some toffee are just a beautiful Christmas scene.
