Monday holidays always throw the week off a little bit! And I'm posting this early because we'll be on an adventure Sunday!
Michael:
is ready for a vacation! He is getting home later than expected today and we'll head down to LA to sleep at Shelley's before our flight tomorrow. He is still at the VA and is still the best dad.
Maddie:
went to scripture class again this week and I'm glad that's starting back up. I've also just been gearing up for our trip and trying have everything packed and planned and prepped at home. I always underestimate how much work trips are!
Westin:
loved preschool but I do notice the two missed naps each week. Thursday he was sad at park day and didn't want to play, and I had so many errands to run before our trip anyway, so we ended up leaving early and he fell asleep in the car driving around, at about 11am. That hasn't happened in soo long. But at least he got a little sleep in before preschool. He sure loves going. We are so glad preschool with friends is happening again on Fridays too.
Bennett:
keeps getting more words and it's so fun! My favorite thing Bennett does right now is give exaggerated kisses (mmmm-MA!) on each cheek and then your lips so many times throughout the day. He has so much love in him! I also love how much he loves his little backpack, when he mimics faces, and when he RUNS to Michael when he gets home and yells, "Dada!!!!" before giving him minutes of tight hugs.
Ali!
landed last night and is about to spend a week with the boys. She's the best aunt and we are always SO happy when she's at our house!

| Sometimes Bennett skips the high chair these days and I love seeing their little lunch dates. |

| We are so happy Aunt Ali is here! Bennett loved snuggling her after his nap and listening to stories. |
