Michael heard from a few people that he should wait to plant until Memorial Day but we just couldn't believe a May snow was really going to happen. We were wrong! So crazy to have one last snowfall for the year. Our first one was in September last year, so that's a lot of months that get some snow around here...So many sunny days between though, so it's all good. It feels just like what I grew up with in Cedar City, just a little sunnier and dryer. Which, if you know Cedar City, it's surprising to have even more of those two things!
Pictures for the rest of this low key week :)

This boy loves finding hats! |

Unknowingly voice texted my brother in law while reading Westin a card his teacher wrote him and this just had me laughing sooooooo much. |
Cute boys and their Wild Kratts love. |
German pancakes felt like an easy post-Mother's Day dinner, and I keep being amazed at how high they get in Colorado. |
Not a fan of snow in May... |
I love when they look through their yearly Chatbooks. |
Finished patching some drywall holes in our walls and ceiling this week from our electrical work. It took way too long and too many steps for a bunch of silly reasons... I'm so glad they're done. |
It's always so fun seeing Westin at recess when we pick Bennett up from school in the middle of the day. |
Everywhere our book has traveled to! Almost all 50 states. |
Spilled Nerds. No worries. |
Treasure hunting with their treasure maps. Their imaginations outside are so fun. |
Westin made spaghetti sauce with me one night this week and he loved doing each step so much. "This is the best day of my life, for sure." He usually has the best day and the worst day, every day. It's quite a ride. |
Found a new train themed park and the boys loved it. |
New light! Our fireplace is still torn apart back there. |
Books on Shelves! Which marks the last boxes unpacked of our move... oh man, what a process. (Those boxes being used a side table are empty, so they count as unpacked!) |
